Country Sales Representative with managerial potential (m/f)
Knowledge with technical parts for trucks, English or German necessary

The candidate is responsible for developing and growing our sales division for drivelines for trucks in the greater area of Warsaw. The key responsibilities will be to support the workshops for truck parts and to lead the employees and the existing partners.
As the main contact for sales in this region, you will contact, develop and support as many truck workshops as possible. Your target is to improve the cooperation with partner workshops and to be in charge of them. With your excellent relations to the customers and key accounts you will build up new business opportunities, increase therefore successfully more market share and become a successful, autonomous division. Leading and motivation of your team will be understood. The successful candidate will have a technical education. Fluent English or German is required.
With a proven track record, you will have experience with truck parts and will bring with you a strong technical understanding and knowledge of the products and your customers and their unique requirements. Ideally you are already leadership experienced. Efficiently organised, a good communicator with excellent presentation skills, highly self motivated with a professional attitude, you will be required to travel in the named area.
